Description

Yediuyurlar Evil Eye was inspired by a calligraphy work originally dated to 1919, in which the names of the seven sleepers were written in a symmetrical reciprocal style with the Sülüs script.
Yediuyurlar Evil Eye Charm is made of handmade glass, and all the relief patterns on it are handcrafted using platinum gilding.

The “Legend of the Seven Sleepers” took place both in Islam and Christianity. The legend tells the story of 7 people who escaped from the persecution of the ruler of the period and took shelter in a cave with their dogs, slept for 300 years and came back 300 years later. In addition to the names of 7 people as Yemlina, Mislina, Mekselina, Mernuş, Debernuş, Sazenuş, Kefeştatayuş, the name of their dog as Kıtmir is also mentioned in the chapter of Kehf of the Qur’an.
