About Sela Luxury

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.  All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. 

Holiday Hours: We are closed on all major Holidays. All orders placed on the days that we are closed will be shipped on the next business day.

Sela Luxury was founded in 2022. The company’s line of business includes the retail sale of combined lines of gifts and novelty, limited pieces merchandise, souvenirs, greeting cards, holiday decorations, and miscellaneous small art goods. Unlike a typical gift and souvenir shop, Sela Luxury provides a unique combination of souvenirs and art works and introduces mosaic works as a new product.

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of all Gifts for Good products. We accept unworn, unused, and uncustomized items within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items, or considered worn, may not qualify for a refund. All products that have been customized (etched, embroidered, etc) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturer defect or have been damaged in shipping. Fine jewelry, consumable food products, and alcohol are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item damaged in transit, we will happily replace the item with a new item – just give us a call. Please note, any items that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Sela Luxury within 5 days of receipt of item. We will reply to your email within 24 hours during standard operating hours.

Once we have authorized the return, we will send you information on where to send your items for return. We will need you to securely repackage your merchandise and cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

Product & Shipping

All of our gifts are packaged in high quality wooden or paper mache boxes or gift bags. Our gift baskets are wrapped in clear cellophane. All gifts are tied with ribbon or custom accents (holiday, floral, etc)

Yes! In checkout, under “please leave special instructions below,” you can add a personalized note to your gift.

Please contact us directly for any orders over 20 gifts for a custom quote, and for time sensitive orders. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, some items may not be available without ample lead time.

Of course. Due to the nature of the gift, none of our hand delivered or shipped gifts include receipts or packing lists unless previously requested.

In stock basket orders placed Monday-Friday will be delivered/shipped within 3 business days once your order is placed (except during peak holiday periods). Orders during the holidays may require extra time.  During the ordering process you may request a future shipping date in the ordering notes. We do not offer same day delivery or shipment.

Items damaged in shipping will be fully refunded or replaced with an identical item if we are contacted within 3 days of receipt of damaged merchandise.  Please keep all damaged shipping containers, as the carrier will require such to process a damage claim. Please provide us with your order number or if you are the recipient of a gift that needs to be returned, please provide us with the name of the purchaser of your gift along with any item numbers or identification of the product you received. We realize you have a choice when you shop and we want your shopping experience to be a rewarding one. We promise to do whatever we can to accomplish that goal.
