The legend tells the story of 7 people who escaped from the persecution of the ruler of the period and took shelter in a cave with their dogs, slept for 300 years and came back 300 years later. In addition to the names of 7 people as Yemlina, Mislina, Mekselina, Mernuş, Debernuş, Sazenuş, Kefeştatayuş, the name of their dog as Kıtmir is also mentioned in the chapter of Kehf of the Qur’an.
