Description

The Rumili Bowl was inspired by the 15th century copper oil lamp form on display at the Turkish-Islamic Arts Museum.

The patterns on the oil lamp were stylized and reinterpreted and used as a motif on the bowl. On the body and cover of the Rumili Bowl, there are stylized lotus flowers in slices and floral ornaments and rumi motifs motifs.

The bowl is made of handmade glass, and the relief patterns on it are all hand-decorated using 24-carat gold gilding and glass paint.
